"Omg! I just had a chance to do the first class! Wow! This is awesome, Anne-Marie Bilella! I had a lot of wood sorrel that I just covered with all the mulch I’ve been getting. I had no idea what that precious little weed was! I’m sure it’ll make its way back up through the 6” of wood chips. In the meantime, I’ll be foraging for more. My plantain is my favorite ‘weed’. Great job! I’m so proud of you."

- Elaine Morris, Dacula, GA

"Finished the class. I have not made anything yet because I need to find some first plants first. I really liked your format. You are easy to understand and your plant i.d. videos are awesome. Very clear. I love the way you get right to the point too. Refreshing. Thanks so much."
